This project was the largest fall semester project for Graphic Design 1. The class started this project by meeting with a volunteer patroler for Sunlight Mountian Resort to talk about expectations for the logo. The class began formulating ideas for the logo by doing super quick 30-60-second sketches. After that process, the class collectively narrowed it down so each person had one or two ideas to move forward with. Each person then moved forward with their designs. The class then sent v1 off to the board of patrolers for review where they narrowed down the options further. A version 2 was then made and tested on real products. This is the idea that I came up with. Although it was not selected as the final logo it was given to the mountains ski school division in the case that they would want to use it.
