Newsletters for A Fictional Business
This project focused on creating a newsletter series for Woof!, a fictional dog-walking company, to demonstrate the five stages of the marketing funnel: awareness, interest, consideration, intent, and loyalty. I designed an introductory newsletter highlighting Woof!’s mission and services for the awareness stage to capture attention. The interest stage featured engaging content, like tips for busy pet owners, to spark curiosity. In the consideration stage, I emphasized customer testimonials and service benefits to build trust. The intent stage included a promotional offer to encourage sign-ups, and finally, the loyalty stage fostered long-term engagement through exclusive content and personalized appreciation. This series showcases how strategic design and messaging can nurture customer relationships at every step of the journey.

These initial concepts allowed for brainstorming how each marketing funnel stage—awareness to loyalty—could best connect with readers. From playful headlines to thoughtfully crafted layouts, every detail was designed to reflect Woof!’s unique charm while seamlessly guiding pet owners through their customer journey.
